Warranty Policy
SINNOWA warrants new equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment under normal use and service.
Technical Training
SINNOWA provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail or fax as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at SINNOWA's headquarters in Nanjing. The transportation expenses are on the distributors' account.
SINNOWA has trained a large number of service engineers for many distributors across the world. We always warmly welcome our customers to visit us to exchange, share new knowledge and create greater success together.
